These Terms govern all use of the 777bde platform, including but not limited to the registration of an account, the deposit and withdrawal of funds, participation in casino games, placement of sports bets, acceptance of bonus offers, and any other interaction with the services made available through 777bde.vip. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 777bde.

777bde reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or contact detail associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between any translated version (if made available for informational purposes) and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account on 777bde, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by 777bde for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 777bde.
• All personal information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 777bde platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777bde reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold any funds pending a compliance review.

777bde operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity, age, and payment method of account holders. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — before a withdrawal request is processed or when a compliance review is triggered. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to your 777bde account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. 777bde aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 777bde does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion undertaken by your payment provider prior to a deposit reaching the 777bde platform is outside our control, and the resulting ৳ amount credited to your account is the operative figure for all platform purposes.

You must not use a payment method that does not belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. Any funds received through a third-party payment method are subject to forfeiture and the account may be suspended pending investigation. 777bde does not accept payments associated with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity, and all suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus amount is calculated as a percentage of the first deposit, subject to the minimum qualifying deposit amount specified in the current promotion details. The welcome bonus is available once per player and once per household, device, or IP address.

All bonuses awarded by 777bde are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Failure to complete wagering within the applicable time limit will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited automatically.

Not all games on the 777bde platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. 777bde reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting bonus terms through low-risk, balanced, or arbitrage-style wagering strategies; colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and any other conduct that 777bde reasonably considers contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

777bde reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that modifications do not unfairly disadvantage players who have already accepted a bonus and are in the process of meeting its wagering requirements at the time the change is made.

Players may set voluntary bet limits, deposit limits, and session time limits within their account settings. Requesting a limit reduction will take effect immediately. Requesting a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period of up to 48 hours.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777bde platform and will result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential referral to law enforcement:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial advantage without immediately reporting them to 777bde support.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Money laundering or using the platform to disguise the origin of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style products.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical mechanism to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777bde support staff or other platform users.

777bde reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. In the event of account closure following a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Before an account is closed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to an active bonus must be resolved. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. All content on the 777bde platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and marketing materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 777bde or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777bde with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, warranties, or agreements — written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
